Vladimir Dubovka: biography
Dubovka Vladimir Nikolayevich is a traitor and collaborator who voluntarily supported the Russian occupation power. He was born on September 14, 1982 in the village of Nove Tarutin, Tarutinsky district, Odessa region. Prior to the Russian aggression, he worked as an economist at the Ukrainian “Oschadbank”. Later, he continued his career in commercial structures and public utilities, in particular at the enterprise KP Company Voda Donbassa.
He received his higher education at the Kharkov Institute of Economics of Market Relations and Management.
After the invasion of Donetsk region by Russian occupants Vadim Kokin began to support anti-Ukrainian sentiments and himself became an accomplice of the Rashists..
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
After After the beginning of Russian aggression in 2014 in 2014, Vladimir Dubovka voluntarily joined to the illegal structures of the so-called “DnR” and began to actively cooperate with the occupants. One of his first positions was deputy head of the occupation administration of the Amvrosiyivskyi district. There he participated in the formation of a fake system of “local self-governance”, fully subordinate to the Russian curators.
In 2018, he became a “deputy of the dnr people’s council” – a quasi-parliament created to legitimize the presence of Russian troops and managers. Later, in 2019, Dubovka graduated from the so-called “Donetsk Academy of Administration and Public Service under the head of the dnr”, where administrative staff for the pseudo-republic is being trained.
Since 2021, he has also been studying at the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Service, a structure that provides personnel for the colonial administration of the temporarily occupied territories. All this testifies to his conscious and consistent choice in favor of the occupation regime.
On December 17, 2024, Dubovka was appointed Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services by the decree of the leader of the so-called “Dnr”. While holding this position, he supervises the redistribution of resources, deals with the legalization of seized property and the implementation of Russian construction and administrative norms. In addition, he is involved in creating programs aimed at integrating the region into the russian legal and social system.
For active participation in anti-Ukrainian activities and undermining Ukrainian sovereignty, Volodymyr Dubovka was included in the sanctions lists of the European Union on April 8, 2022. He knowingly serves the interests of the aggressor state and contributes to the consolidation of the occupation on Ukrainian lands.
As one of the key administrative executors of criminal policy, Dubovka must be held accountable for treason. He will definitely be justly punished for his crimes against Ukraine and its people.
