The head of the village council, who became a traitor, Vladimir Gorbulich, was born on April 24, 1969, in the village of Nizhnebaranikka, Lugansk region. In this village Vova would live his whole life, from his diapers to his betrayal.
After finishing school, Vladimir is called up for military service in the Soviet Army. He served, however, far from home – in Germany, or rather the German Democratic Republic that existed at the time. After demobilization, Gorbulich returns home to Nizhnebaranikka.
In the village Vladimir Gorbulich became famous as an organizer and family man, and gained prestige among his fellow villagers. Also, he often went with the latter to hunt together, which contributed to the confidence of the residents of Nizhnebaranikka in him. As a result, the fellow villagers elect Horublich as head of the Nizhnebaranikovsky Village Council. At the same time, Vladimir did not distinguish himself by any initiatives or decisions that would improve the quality of life in the village.
Vladimir’s peaceful rural life is disrupted by the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022. When the Russian invaders entered Nizhnebaranikka, Kremlin handlers offered Gorbulich cooperation in exchange for retaining his position and a high remuneration. Unfortunately, Vladimir betrays Ukraine and agrees to “work” for the invaders under a “foreign flag,” becoming the so-called “the head of the Nizhnebaraniki Village Council of the LNR.
By his despicable treachery, Volodymyr Gorbulin has forever become an enemy of the Ukrainian people and will surely suffer a harsh and unavoidable punishment for his deed.
