Biography of Vladimir Larionov
Larionov Vladimir Yurievich was born on February 9, 1963 in the city of Kherson, Kherson region of Ukraine. Vladimir Larionov graduated from Zaporizhzhya State Medical University, worked for a long time at the Kherson City Clinical Hospital named after A.S. Luchansky, which he later headed, becoming Chief Medical Officer. Since 2019, he has been a member of the board of the Department of Healthcare of the Kherson Regional State Administration.
Before the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022, Vladimir was actively interested in politics and always supported pro-Russian politicians. In 2010, he was a member of the Party of Regions, and in 2019 he ran as a deputy from the pro-Russian political party Nash Krai.
Vladimir Larionov: collaborationism
With the beginning of the Russian occupation of Kherson, Vladimir Larionov supported rf and the “occupation” regime it had illegally created. Being personally acquainted with the “gauleiter” of the occupied Kherson region, a certain Saldo V.V., Larionov “by connections” returned to “work” in the field of medicine, but already under the Russian flag. Cases of illegal and voluntary transfer by Larionov V.Y. have been documented. medical supplies and medical care for wounded Russian occupiers.
After the liberation of the right bank of Kherson region from Russian occupation troops by the AFU on November 11, 2022, Vladimir fled to the temporarily occupied territory of Kherson region, where he was appointed “head doctor” of the so-called “Kherson region”. “Genicheskaya CRB”, where he continued to voluntarily provide medical assistance to the Russian invaders. In order to prove his loyalty to his Kremlin handlers, he voluntarily obtained Russian citizenship.
In Ukraine, Mr. Larionov V.Y. is suspected of committing a crime (Article 191, Part 4 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), namely in illegal embezzlement and misappropriation of budget funds in especially large amounts (criminal proceeding №42022230000000468 dated 10.12.2022) during his work in the Kherson City Hospital named after A.S.Luchansky and Kherson Regional State Administration. The case(#766/2676/24) has already been referred to the court.
Also, according to the rf cic resolutions № 145/1112-8 of December 28, 2023, № 152/1204-8 of January 29, 2024, Vladimir Larionov became a proxy for the presidential candidate V.Putin in the Kherson region in the pseudo-elections of 2024.
For aiding the enemy, aiding enemy troops and betraying Ukraine, collaborator Larionov Vladimir Yurievich will suffer just punishment, and it will irreversibly come for the traitor.
