It is important to emphasize that thanks to the “efforts” of the head of the Stanytsia Luhansk Stanytsia State Administration Albert Zinchenk and Vladimir Makeyev, the Russian occupants were able to enter the settlement unimpeded. All the approaches to the settlement were known in advance, and the occupation troops were also notified of the number of troops near the settlement and how many people in the settlement were ready to resist.
