Vladimir Mirgorodsky was born March 12, 1959 in Svetogorsk, which is located in the Donetsk region.

After the full-scale invasion of the territory of Ukraine by Russian invaders on February 24, 2022, Mirgorodsky Vladimir supported the policy of the occupation authorities and himself went over to the side of the enemy. Vladimir decided for himself to preach Russian ideology in one of the educational schools in Svetogorsk. Thanks to his cooperation with the occupiers, he stayed on as director.

After the de-occupation of the Donetsk region, Vladimir will go to prison under Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for treason against his country.
