Vladimir Moskalev: biography
Moskalev Volodymyr Ivanovich is a man who lived in Ukraine all his life, but believed in the “Russian world“. He became an accomplice of the enemy troops, was born on July 30, 1956 in the village of Chkalovo, Melitopol district, Zaporizhzhya region. Vladimir distinguished himself with his separatist views and supported Putin’s occupation policy on the territory of Ukraine.
After the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian occupation troops in February 2022, the man defected to the side of the occupants. He was one of the first residents of the settlement who voluntarily supported the occupants.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
Voluntarily and on his own initiative, Moskalev cooperated with the occupation authorities in the village of Chkalovo. During the occupation, the Rashist collaborator became “deputy chairman of the Chkalovo village council”.
The man was one of the first to wave a tricolor cloth. The man was one of the first to wave a tricolor rag. He also started agitating local residents to help the Russian Armed Forces soldiers, the so-called “liberators”. Reported data on people involved in the OOS/ATO, hunters, pro-Ukrainian activists, as well as information on trucks, fertilizers, fuel and volumes of agricultural products in warehouses. He nominated candidates for appointment to positions from the occupation authorities of the Russian Federation and conducted propaganda among the population promoting the idea of “russian peace”.
But a collaborator, no matter how you look at it, voluntarily signed his own verdict by voluntarily defecting to the side of the aggressor country and promoting anti-Ukrainian sentiments. He will definitely be court-martialed and given a fair punishment for his illegal actions against Ukraine and its people. You’ll soon be caught red-handed. After all, there will be no place for collaborators in the vacated territories.
