Biography:

Ovcharenko Volodymyr Antonovich – a Ukrainian, who built his labor way in Ukraine and gave all his years of life to work for the good of the country, but in the final account harshly betrayed the Motherland, was born on November 24, 1939 in the city of Alexandria, Kirovograd region.

At the moment he is a pensioner. He has a higher education. Also owns a tremendous amount of work experience. Nikolai Dmitrievich devoted the greater part of his life to public service. He held the position of Head of Zum Packaging Materials Plant LLC.

Anti-Ukrainian activities:

Ovcharenko was also engaged in social and political activities. He was a member of theCommunistParty of Ukraine. From 2002 to 2007, he was an assistant to the 4th and 5th convocations of People’s Deputy Emelyan Parubok. In 2010, he was elected to the Kherson Regional Council from the CPU. At the time of the election, he was Chairman of the Standing Committee on Budget and Finance. In 2015, he ran for the Kherson regional council from theUnion of Left Forces, but did not pass.

With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian occupants, Ovcharenko was among those traitors and collaborators of the occupation regime who, in the first days of the war, switched to the enemy side and became puppets in the hands of pro-Russian pseudo-government officials.

Without a second thought, the pensioner decided to continue his “political career” under the leadership of the occupants and said that it was necessary to organize a “referendum” on the accession of the Kherson region to Russia.

Now the collaborator continues to cooperate with representatives of Putin’s regime in the Kherson region. He holds the position of “first deputy chairman of the public chamber of Kherson region” and is a member of the headquarters for observation of t. nz elections in Kherson region from the political party “united Russia” .

For betrayal of the Motherland and promotion of the ideas of “Russian peace“, the accomplice of the occupation administration, Vladimir Antonovich Ovcharenok, will be justly punished before the tribunal. Soon a collaborator in his old age will be held accountable for all his crimes.
