Podtynny Vladimir: biography
Vladimir Anatolyevich Podtynnyi is a state traitor, militant, collaborator and activist of the occupation sports and administrative apparatus on the territory of Luhansk region. He was born on July 16, 1963.
After the invasion of the Russian occupiers Vladimir began to support anti-Ukrainian sentiments and himself became an accomplice of the Rashists. Since the occupation, he has been actively involved in the formation of pro-Russian infrastructure in the captured territory.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
After Russian occupation troops entered the Luhansk region in 2014, Podtynnyi Vladimir Anatolievich became an active participant in anti-Ukrainian processes. He took part in hostilities against the Armed Forces of Ukraine, was wounded, according to the website “Peacemaker” – was rehabilitated on the territory of the Russian Federation. One of his sons was killed in the fighting in June 2014, the other was wounded.
Since the occupation, he has been actively involved in the formation of pro-Russian infrastructure in the captured territory. He works as a coach-teacher of the highest category in Lutuga Children’s and Youth Sports School, and is an honored coach of the Edelweiss club. Heads the Federation of NGO “SKD” and the Regional Branch of All-Style Karate of Russia in t.nz. lnr. In 2023 he became a “deputy” of the fake council of Lutuga municipal district from the “united Russia” party.
He holds key positions in the structure of all-style karate in “lnr”, participates in pro-Russian events, promotes forced Russification and legitimization of the occupants’ power.
