Vladimir Popenkov: biography
Popenkov Vladimir Vladimirovich – a state traitor who believed in the “Russian world” and “liberators”, was born on January 15, 1971 in Sevastopol, Crimea. In 1993 he graduated from Sevastopol Instrument-Making Institute, specializing in electrical equipment and automation of ships. He worked at the Krymenergo branch.
After the invasion of the Russian occupants Popenkov began to support anti-Ukrainian sentiments and became an accomplice of the Rashists himself. an accomplice of the Rashists.

After the Russian occupation troops began their invasion of Ukraine , in 2014, Vladimir committed treason and voluntarily went into “cooperation” with the Russian occupiers.

Since 2015, he worked as chief engineer, head of the district of electric networks of Feodosia RPS and Eastern power grids of the State Unitary Enterprise “Krymenergo”. Having considered all these facts, we can conclude that Popenkov is an accomplice of Russian war criminals and occupiers and an accomplice of the crimes of the Russian authorities against Ukraine and its citizens.
