Biography:

Prokopenko Vladimir Vladimirovich – a state traitor who believed in the “Russian world” and “liberators”, was born on January 15, 1989 in the village of Plodovoye, Bakhchisaray district, Crimea. He received his higher education in 2011, graduated from the Academy of Labor and Social Relations, lawyer.

Prior to the occupation of Crimea, he worked as a paralegal at PJSC “UkrSibbank” in 2011-2012.

After the invasion of the Russian occupants Vladimir Prokopenko began to support anti-Ukrainian sentiments and became an accomplice of the Rashists himself.

Anti-Ukrainian activities:

With the arrival of the pseudo-governments and the occupation of Krim, the collaborator Prokopenko joined the occupation structures of the Russian Federation operating on the territory of the occupied Crimean peninsula.

In 2015-2016, he headed the executive committee of the Ternovsky local branch of the United Russia party.

On September 18, 2016, he was elected as a deputy of the Council of Ternovsky Municipal District of Sevastopol of the second convocation from the party “United Russia”.

From October 2016 to December 2022, he served as the head of the intra-city municipality, simultaneously acting as the Chairman of the Council and head of the local administration of the Ternovsky Municipal District.

On September 30, 2021, he was re-elected to the position of the head of the Ternovsky Municipal District, an intra-urban municipal formation of the city of Sevastopol, by the new composition of the District Council of the third convocation.

Now the state traitor Vladimir Prokopenko heads the occupation administration of Primorsky municipal district of Zaporizhzhya region.

As part of his “cooperation” with the Russian invaders, Vladimir actively engaged in pro-Russian agitation, in personal conversations justified the aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine and expressed support for the “Russian world”.

For such traitors as Vladimir Prokopenko should be applied the highest measure of restraint for high treason and complicity with the Russian occupants it will certainly come. It’s only a matter of time.
