Biography:
Ryabikov Vladimir Viktorovich is a supporter of the ideology of “Russian peace” and an accomplice of the Russian occupants, was born on March 15, 1957 in the city of Energodar, Zaporozhye region.
Ryabikov Vladimir was employed for a long period of time at state enterprises, arranged his labor way in the local government, and also held the position of leading specialist of the department of housing and communal services, infrastructure. He also held a management position in a housing and utilities company.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
Ryabikov has repeatedly expressed his pro-Russian stance and in 2014 even managed to participate in the propaganda activities of the Russian occupiers, because he rejoiced when the Russian invaders invaded Crimea.
After rf’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, Vladimir Viktorovich chose the side of a collaborator and abettor of the occupation authorities instead of standing up for his state and people.
With great desire the traitor agreed to head the pseudo-structure of the occupiers and was appointed to the post of “head of the department of housing and communal services of Energodar VGA”. He is in charge of settling the occupants in their living quarters, and issues a settlement order.
The traitor was put in charge of housing and utilities and even organized receptions for citizens on various improvement issues on behalf of the occupation administration. Later, the collaborator became a member of the Russian PE “United Russia” and is running for election.
Ryabikov Vladimir Viktorovich will have to answer to the people for his service for the Russian occupiers. A place on the bench is already waiting for the collaborator.
