2010 – Deputy Head of the Directorate for Regime and Personnel Support of the Operational Service Department of Luhansk City Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine;
2014 – Deputy Head of the Operational Service Department of the Scientific and Research Expert-Criminalistic Center at the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Luhansk Region;
2015 – assistant to LNR fighters in reconnaissance and subversive activities;
2017 – member of the terrorist organization “LNR;
2020-2021– head of the tender committee of Novoaidarsk district in Schastie;
2022 – Head of the police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs “LNR ” in the city of Schastie.
Collaborationist activities:
He has served in the internal affairs agencies since 1990. With the beginning of the war in eastern Ukraine, he began to support the occupation regime.
He acts on the side of the illegal armed formations of the so-called “LNR. He led a separatist movement in Shchastia and Lugansk. He also repeatedly conducted reconnaissance of Ukrainian armed forces in the antiterrorist operation zone.
Supports Russian aggression on Ukrainian territory and spreads radical anti-Ukrainian opinions.
Helps a militant of the so-called “LNR” in carrying out reconnaissance and subversive activities.
