Biography:
Volkov Vladislav Vadimovich – pseudo-patriot, who went to “service” to the occupants was born on October 01, 1974 in the city of Oleshki, Kherson region. Worked for a security firm. Married with a son.
After the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, Volkov did not even try to hide his separatist views and openly supported Russian aggression and went over to the side of the enemy.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
From the first days of the occupation, the local traitor actively cooperated with the occupation authorities. He got a job in the occupation police and was appointed by the occupants to the position of the so-called head of the district occupation police of the town of Oleshki. The traitor provided direct assistance to the occupation structures in performing administrative functionson the territory of the temporarily occupied city.
The collaborator is engaged in terrorizing local residents, harassing and kidnapping relatives of Ukrainian military, and blackmailing businesses.
Vladislav Volkov, an accomplice in the crimes of the Russian authorities against Ukraine and its citizens, establishes illegal sources of income through local terrorization of residents, puts pressure on businesses, and threatens physical violence if they interfere. Forcibly takes documents from people, thus forcing them to assist in his criminal activities.
The accomplice of“Putin’s regime” also collects information about those fighting on the side of Ukraine, the whereabouts of their relatives and their property in order to take it away under the pretext that everything is now the property of Russia, and to physically massacre the relatives or use them as leverage.
For the betrayal of his native state and collaborationism of Volkov Vladislav Vadimovich, a collaborator of the Russian occupiers, a just punishment awaits him, and he will definitely pay for all the sins and all the blatant actions towards Ukraine and its people.
