Collaborationist activities:
He voluntarily defected to the side of the occupant, headed the position of the so-called “head of the criminal investigation of the police” in the city of Melitopol.
Moreover, he worked closely with Vladimir Mikheev, the former head of the so-called “people’s militia” in Melitopol. Who foolishly lost his position in the law enforcement agencies, and for a certain period was just a driver of the head of Melitopol administration Galina Danilchenko.
As “chief of the criminal investigation” in Melitopol, he searched for the pro-Ukrainian population and local activists. He carries out the instructions of the so called. The commandant of Melitopol with the call sign “Chechen”.
Later he was appointed head of intelligence of the so-called “people’s militia” in the city of Melitopol. He transmitted to the occupation troops any available information about the movement of Ukrainian armed forces, the location of equipment and personnel.
Drug Trafficking:
However, it did not take long to work as a member of the “people’s militia,” in April it became known that Vyacheslav Vyacheslavovich was fired for drug trafficking.
An old sin has ruined the career of a “law enforcement officer” for the second time , back in 2019 there was a precedent when a marijuana plantation was found in a house belonging to Vyacheslav’s father. Therefore, Vyacheslav was accused of cultivation and sale of illegal substances, and was soon dismissed from the ranks of the National Police of Ukraine.
However, already during the occupation, thefts from pharmacies in the city and district became more frequent, and the demand was mainly for psychotropic goods. The Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation conducted an investigation, and it turned out that Vyacheslav Orlov was involved in all these crimes, as a result of which he was dismissed from his position.
