Physician and traitor Abbas Pyakishev was born on January 2, 1958 in the Russian village of Eludan, Gorodishchensky district, Penza region, Russia. He spent his school years in the Russian Federation, where he also entered the Novosibirsk State Medical Institute. But for some reason Abbas did not want to work in “immense” and moved to Ukraine, namely to the city of Kupyansk in Kharkiv.
In Ukraine, Pyakishev’s life was quite successful. At Kupyansk City Hospital, he rose from an ordinary doctor to the position of chief physician of the hospital. Also for the purpose of retraining, he studied twice at the Kharkov Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education, specializing in urology and health care management.
Work in the hospital gave Abbas the opportunity to participate in political life of the city and in the 2020 local elections Kupyansk residents elected him a deputy of the City Council from the party “Bloc Svetlichnaya “Razom”. Unfortunately, when he became a deputy, he did not raise questions in the council about improving the health care situation in the city, especially in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic.
After the Russian invasion of Ukraine began on February 24, 2022, and Russian occupation forces entered the city, Abbas agreed to convert “back” and become an accomplice of the Russian occupiers. Russian supervisors, after studying his biography, taking into account his experience in the medical field and the fact that he was born and raised in Russia, temporarily appointed him to the position of the so-called “Minister of Health of the Kharkiv region. For betraying Ukraine, Abbas was promised a promising job and an apartment in his native Penza Oblast.
Despite the benevolence of the Russian leadership, Pyakishev should be more careful, because the Kharkiv Resistance will get even with him for his despicable and heinous act.
