Biography
Shabalov Alexander Konstantinovich – a state traitor who believed in the “Russian world” and “liberators”, was born on July 7, 1987 in Crimea. He received his higher education at the Crimean Agrotechnological University in 2009.
After the invasion of the Russian occupiers, Alexander began to support anti-Ukrainian sentiments and became an accomplice of the Rashists himself.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
With the arrival of the pseudo-authorities and the occupation of Krim, the collaborator Shabalov joined the occupation structures of the Russian Federation operating on the territory of the occupied Crimean peninsula and was appointed to the position of the head of the occupation administration of Vilinsky Rural Settlement and the head of Vilinsky Rural Council.
