Biography:
Basov Aleksandr Aleksandrovich, an accomplice of the Russian occupiers, was born in the village of Novonikolaevka, Skadovsky district, Kherson region. After the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian occupation troops on February 24, 2022, Basov engaged in collaboration with the enemy and collaborationism.
The wife of Alexander Basov – Natalia Leonardovna, born on June 16, 1975, served as a headman of the village Novonikolaevka, Skadovskiy district, Kherson region. She also went along with it and stayed in her position. Aids the occupying authorities and military invaders.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
After the occupants came to the territory of the Kherson region, the collaborator cooperated with representatives of the Putin regime and took part in all events organized by the occupation authorities in support of the war in Ukraine. Participated in an illegal referendum on the violation of Ukraine’s territorial integrity. The traitor himself voluntarily went over to the enemy side and began to fight against his own people.
Being an informed person about the deployment of AFU soldiers, pro-Ukrainian persons and ATO/OS participants from among the local residents of Novonikolayevka, Basov deliberately turned such people in to the local occupation authorities. The collaborator was also involved in conducting searches and moving Russian military personnel into people’s homes.
By helping the occupiers, the collaborator signed his own sentence. For treason and complicity with the enemy, the traitor and his family will face imminent punishment and a fun time behind bars.
