Military serviceman-traitor Kulabukhov Alexander Anatolievich was born on February 5, 1974 in the city of Simferopol, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea. He served in the Security Service of Ukraine.

With the beginning of the illegal invasion of the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea by Russian occupation troops in 2014, Alexander Kulabukhov betrayed his country and went to serve in the power structures of the accomplices of the “Russian authorities” in Crimea.
The traitor Alexander Anatolievich immediately began working for the Russian secret services.
