Alexander Mikhailov is an enemy agitator, traitor to Ukraine, and active supporter of the Russian occupation forces, born in the city of Krasny Luch, Luhansk Oblast.

Until February 24, 2022, Alexander lived in temporarily occupied Krasnye Luch. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukrainian territory by the Russian occupiers, Mikhailov sneakily betrayed the Ukrainian people and voluntarily took the side of the Russian occupiers.
