An accomplice of the Russian occupants, Rostem Alexander Ivanovich was born on August 2, 1981, in the urban village of Vladimirovka, Volnovakha District, Donetsk Region. He graduated from the Donetsk Academy of Management and Public Service with a degree in state and municipal finance. The traitor also studied at the International Academy of Personnel Management in Donetsk.
Alexander Rostem began his career in local government. He worked in the city administration of Volnovakha. He was responsible for the city’s beautification and budget policy.
Since 2010, he served as head of the State Tax Inspectorate in Volnovakha District of Donetsk Region.
Despite his position, the traitor Rostem Alexander Ivanovich managed to be remembered by the citizens as a Ukrainianophobe and collaborator.
After the illegal invasion of Ukrainian territory by Russian occupation troops in 2014, the renegade Alexander Rostem began to actively manifest his “pro-Russian position. The occupier’s accomplice was involved in anti-Ukrainian agitation among his subordinates. The collaborator even threatened to fire his employees with a pro-Ukrainian stance.
In order to show his “commitment to the DPR,” Rostem decided to enlist the support of the “leaders of the republic,” the anti-Ukrainian scum removed the state flag of Ukraine from the administrative building of the Volnovakha State Tax Inspectorate.
Since 2015, the traitor Rostem A.I. holds the position of head of the Volnovakha Tax Inspectorate as represented by the occupation authorities.
With the beginning of a full-scale invasion of the territory of Ukraine by Russian occupants on February 24, 2022, Alexander Ivanovich continues to work in the occupation administration of Volnovakha and supports the actions of the “dnr” fighters.
Separatist and traitor Alexander Rostem will receive a fair punishment for aiding and abetting terrorists and treason.
