Biography:
Tolstov Alexander Romanovich – traitor to Ukraine and supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born on March 22, 1997 in the city of Svatovo , Lugansk region.
Alexander lived in Svatovo until February 24, 2022. He received his higher education at the Institute of Monocrystals of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Luhansk Oblast by the Russian occupants, Tolstov became a traitor and a “policeman.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
When Russian occupation troops began their temporary occupation of Svatovo, Alexander decided to betray his country. The occupiers were delighted with the “addition” and sent Tolstov as an “operative officer” in the so-called “Svatovskoye ROVD of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the LNR.
As a “policeman,” Alexander was directly involved in committing crimes against civilians. For example, he participated in “filtration measures” against the residents of Svatovo and repressions against pro-Ukrainian residents of the city. Tolstoy was not squeamish about looting private property.
Alexander Tolstoy’s crimes will not go unpunished, and inevitable and harsh retribution awaits him for his heinous misdeeds.
