Alexei Yevgenyevich Turbin was born on July 3, 1970 in the city of Sochi, Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation. Worked in the internal affairs bodies of the Donetsk region. He served as a district police inspector in the central police department of the Mariupol district police department of the Donetsk region.
