When he was a civilian, Bozhkov did not stay out of action for long and joined the Berkut special unit of the Ukrainian police (disbanded in 2014). Bozhkov served in the Berkut until 2014. As a member of these gangs, Alexey Bozhkov committed war crimes and terrorist acts against civilians.
Kremlin supervisors assessed Bozhkov’s combat “skills” and “transferred” him from the illegal armed group to the so-called “military”. “LNR General Prosecutor’s Office. At first he is appointed to the position of the so-called “assistant prosecutor of the Kamnebrodsky district of the Lugansk region. But Alexei’s level of intelligence was low even for the separatists, and the latter appointed him as the so-called “an employee of the physical protection of witnesses, prosecutors, and judges of the LNR General Prosecutor’s Office.
With the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, Alexey Bozhkov participates in the war against Ukraine on the Russian side. Alexei actively brags about his participation in combat operations, regularly posting photos from the war on his Vkontakte page. True, he should not rejoice too much – the punishment for betrayal is sure to find him, and will certainly be fatal for Bozhkov.
