-an accomplice of the occupation authorities, a collaborator.

Anatoly Nikolayevich Golovko was born in the village of Novosynovo, Kupyansk District of Kharkiv Oblast. He has two higher educations. He graduated from Lugansk Agricultural Institute and Kharkov State Zooveterinary Academy.

Anatoly Nikolayevich connected his career with agricultural activities. In 1993, Golovko organized a farm “Victoria” in the Lugansk region. In 2000, Anatoly opened an agricultural enterprise “Dream” in Kupyansk district of Kharkiv region.

Anatoly Golovko is also engaged in political and social activities. From 2010 to 2015, Golovko was a deputy of the Kupyansk District Council from the “Party of Regions”. In 2015, the deputy was elected to the Kupyansk District Council from the Petro Poroshenko Bloc party.

Anatoly Nikolayevich was also elected to the Kurilov village council from the “Servant of the People” party. At that time, Anatoly Golovko’s wife Galina and his son Dmitriy also ran for the village council. They, too, became deputies of the village council. Kurylovskaya TUG includes Novosinovo, Glushkovka, Kolesnikovka and Kruglyakovka settlements. These are the villages where Golovko’s agrofirm has the most land.

With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian occupation troops in Kharkiv region, Anatoliy Nikolayevich Golovko was one of the first to cooperate with the enemy and offered his assistance to the occupiers in the illegal export of Ukrainian grain from eastern Ukraine.

To this end, he “re-registered” his agribusiness to the local occupation administration and began paying taxes to the budget of the Russian Federation. At the same time, the main part of the harvest was to be given to the invaders, and what remained was to be sold on the territory of the aggressor country.

In addition, the traitor gave the aggressors access to the premises of agricultural enterprises for the basing and repair of enemy military equipment, as well as provided fuel for refueling.

The statesman Anatoly Golovko was on the list of despicable traitors and collaborators. For complicity with the Russian enemy the deputy will be justly punished. After all, he would certainly have to answer both to the law and to the people for betraying his homeland.
