Biography:

Dragoon Andrei Konstantinovich – traitor and collaborator was born in the city of Kherson. He studied at the Kherson State Maritime Academy. In 2017. was held administratively liable for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Until 24.02.2022 he supported Ukraine, but after the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian invaders, Andrey Konstantinovich began to actively assist the occupation troops and the interim leadership on the territory of Kherson region.

Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:

Collaborator contributed to the activities of the occupiers, supports the occupation of Ukraine by Russian troops. The young traitor, through his connections in the occupation police, also organized the recruitment of Ukrainian citizens to participate in anti-Ukrainian rallies and to carry out sabotage on Ukrainian territory.

Dragun also became a member of the occupation police in Kherson as a dog handler for Russian police units on the territory of the Kherson region.

The state traitor Andrei Konstantinovich will be justly punished for supporting the actions of the aggressor state. He will certainly answer to the law for his pro-Russian stance.
