Volkov Andrei Alekseevich, a retired Interior Ministry officer, corrupt businessman, was born on April 4, 1973, in the city of Lugansk, Lugansk region. Back at school, Andrei Volkov decided that he wanted to protect people from crime, and therefore becomes a police officer.
After graduating from a specialized university of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, Andrei returned to Lugansk and became an employee of the Main Department of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Lugansk region. He served most of his life in the Luhansk police, and then retired from the Interior Ministry on seniority. At the same time, Volkov did not distinguish himself by any achievements or irregularities in the service, he was probably just “sitting” on his salary and going through the “paperwork.
When he retired, Andrei Volkov did not sit idle for long and became the founder of the security company Public Security Service. However, Volkov was not able to get any decent income from the enterprise because pro-Russian quasi-republics – the so-called “republics” – began to form in Donbass. “DPR” and “LPR. Andrei had to give up his involvement in the business and he begins to look for work again.
But, in his search for work, Volkov is lucky – he is hired as an employee in the security service of the so-called. “Pervomayskugol” enterprises. It is worth noting that Pervomayskugol operated in the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and generated illegal income for the so-called “LPR. Andrei Volkov, in addition to working illegally at the enterprise seized by members of the NVF, organized an illegal “scheme” for selling coal – he covered “illegal” mining of coal that was not part of the enterprise’s mining plan and sold the goods to unknown buyers. Thus, Volkov was able to “make a good living”, for his old age, if he lived to see it. By the way, he also receives a “false” pension – Andrei’s pension account is “registered” in the so-called “State Bank of the LPR.
After the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022, Andrey Volkov continues his criminal activity on the so-called “enterprise” of the occupiers. Also, he actively agitates local residents in every way to assist the invaders. By his complicity with the enemy Andrew betrayed Ukraine, for which he will soon suffer a cruel but fair punishment.
