Andrei Borisovich Vysotsky was born November 12, 1971 in the city of Mariupol, Donetsk region.

Since 2011 Andrey has been the head of the branch of FUIB JSC. However, with the arrival of the occupiers, Vysotsky collaborated with them, betraying Ukraine. Now Andrei continues to build the financial system of the “Donetsk people’s republic” in Mariupol.

During the de-occupation of the Donetsk region, Andrey Borisovich will be convicted under Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
