Andrey Sergeevich Lopushenko – an accomplice of the Russian occupation authorities, who fully embraced the role of a collaborator and a state treasonist, was born in the village of Dubovka, Kakhovsky district, Kherson region.

The collaborator also tries to assure the residents of the city about decent social security, agitates to get a Russian passport, and organizes humanitarian aid from the hands of Russian occupants and pseudo-officers.
