Kaplenko Anna Viktorovna – traitor and collaborator, was born on October 10, 1976 in the city of Energodar, Zaporozhye region.

The woman worked at a large energy enterprise – ZaporizhzhyaThermal Power Plant, held the position of accountant, and for some time headed an association of co-owners of an apartment building.

After the full-scale invasion of the territory of Ukraine by Russian invaders, Anna Viktorovna began to deal with administrative issues under the occupation administration in Energodar and actively assisted the temporary leadership of representatives of the “Putin regime“.

Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:

In April 2022, the collaborator participated in working meetings with condominium leaders and supervised issues of city improvement under the occupation administration. The corrupt woman assisted the occupants with various humanitarian aid and engaged local residents to “help” Russian Armed Forces soldiers. Rashistka submitted lists of apartments from which local residents evacuated.

During the occupation, she demanded that condominium residents pay the bills of the occupation authorities, and if they refused, she said that they would come to them and denounced her neighbors.
