Anna Talipova, an enemy agitator, traitor to Ukraine and active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born on March 28, 1985, in Stakhanov, Luhansk Oblast.

Until February 24, 2022, Anna lived in temporarily occupied Stakhanov. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian invaders, Talipova sneakily betrayed the Ukrainian people and voluntarily went over to the side of the Russian invaders.
