Biography Anton Titsky

Anton Titsky was born in 1990 in Sevastopol. Graduated from Kyiv University of Tourism, Economics and Law. At the age of 14, he became an activist of the pro-Russian movement in Ukrainian Crimea.

In 2012, he ran for the People’s Deputy of Ukraine. He headed the office of the Russian Unity party of future Crimean Gauleiter Sergey Aksyonov in Sevastopol.

In 2013 he was one of the founders of the all-Ukrainian organization “Russian Youth Movement”. He actively participated in the “Crimean spring”, after the occupation of Crimea he became an advisor to Aksyonov, head of the republican headquarters of the “Motherland” party.

In 2016, he moved to the “United Russia” and headed one of the districts of Sevastopol. He passed the “Governors’ School” – a project of Sergei Kirienko, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, to train a talent pool of Russian officials.

In early 2024, under Kirienko’s patronage, the Rashists appointed Titsky “deputy governor of the Zaporizhzhya region for domestic policy.”

Anton Titsky: collaborationism

Titsky was actively involved in the formation of so-called self-defense units in Crimea and also organized the fake referendum in 2014.

At the end of 2023, the Prosecutor’s Office of Crimea sent an indictment against Titsky to the court. He’s being charged encroachment on territorial integrity and Ukraine, treason and collaboration activities. If convicted, Titsky faces up to 15 years in prison.

After the full-scale invasion, Titsky assumed the position of “Minister of Youth Policy” in the occupied part of Zaporizhzhya region. For his “merits” the official was repeatedly awarded by various occupation administrations.

In 2013, he married Alisa Mikhailova. In 2016, they had a daughter, Maria, born to them.

Despite her husband’s pro-Russian stance, Alice was not shy about enjoying the delights of “decaying” Europe. On social media, she lists Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, as her place of residence. She also graduated from the Estonian Business School in 2009. In 2019, Titsky’s wife posted photos from a vacation at the Sunrise Rhodes Hotel on the Greek island of Rhodes.

In 2016, Anton Titsky, through the Ukrainian court in Melitopol, confirmed the fact of his daughter’s birth in Crimea in order to obtain Ukrainian documents for her.

The collaborator grew up without a father. His mother, Titskaya Nadezhda Vladimirovna, worked at the Black Sea Fleet Polyclinic in Sevastopol. Grandfather, Vladimir Titsky, served in the Soviet grouping of troops in Germany in the 1126th separate battalion of material support (post 61164, Teutschenthal, GDR). Died December 24, 2018.
