Biography

Popruzhenko Artem Viktorovich – a state traitor who believed in the “Russian world” and “liberators”, was born on April 2, 1987 in the urban-type settlement of Mangush, Donetsk region.

After February 24, 2022, the man supported Russia’s occupation actions toward Ukraine. Thus, Artem started to cooperate closely with the occupants after the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, in particular in Donetsk region.

Anti-Ukrainian activities:

In 2022, the collaborator Popeleshko joined the occupation structures of the Russian Federation operating on the territory of the occupied Mangush settlement and was appointed head of the occupation Mangush settlement administration. Afterwards, he was a candidate for local government in the temporarily occupied part of Donetsk region, Mangushka district, from the United Russia party.

The collaborator deliberately, by his own convictions and staunch pro-Russian views, went over to the side of the enemy. Such activity can be regarded as an attempt on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state, defection to the enemy under martial law and during an armed conflict, voluntary occupation of a position in the occupation structures, cooperation with the Russian occupiers and similar actions.

Artem Popruzhenko, an accomplice of the Russian occupation regime, will be justly punished before the tribunal for betraying his homeland and promoting the ideas of the “Russian world“. The collaborator would soon be held responsible for all his crimes.
