Artem Sheynin was born January 26, 1966 in Moscow. In his school years he was engaged in hand-to-hand combat, and upon graduation from high school he asked to serve as a paratrooper, passed a medical commission and was sent to the DOSAAF, where he jumped with a parachute for the first time.

In 1984-1986 he did military service as a conscript in the Soviet Army. He participated in combat operations in the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan.

Served in the 56th Separate Guards Airborne Assault Brigade of the 40th Combined Arms Army of the Turkestan Military District of the Soviet Armed Forces. In his second year of service he was promoted to squad leader.

He attained the rank of Guards Sergeant in the Airborne Forces. Graduated in 1993 from the Faculty of History of the M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Since August 2016, he has been the host of the program “Vremya Pokazet” on Channel One.

With Sheinin’s assistance, in May 2017 the Writers’ Union of the illegal self-proclaimed formation “Luhansk People’s Republic” published a collection of prose, poetry, and drama, “Choice of Donbass.”

On October 17, 2017, Artem Sheynin was included in the database of the well-known Ukrainian website “Peacemaker” because of his visit to Crimea (with the wording “for violating the state border of Ukraine for the purpose of entering the Russian-occupied Crimea”).

In live broadcasts, he promotes inter-ethnic hatred between the Ukrainian and Russian peoples, and denies Russian aggression against Ukraine. In January 2018, he visited occupied Donetsk, where he met with leaders of pro-Russian terrorists.

Such activities of an anti-Ukrainian propagandist and Ukrainophobe can be regarded as an attack on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state of Ukraine, open propaganda of violence and war, and support for Russian aggression against the state of Ukraine.

Conscious violation of the state border of Ukraine for the purpose of entering the Crimea and Donbass, seized by the Russian occupants, and similar actions.

After reviewing all of the above facts, we can conclude that we are faced with yet another Russian propagandist who is seen cooperating with pro-Russian terrorist organizations and is complicit in the crimes of the Russian authorities against the state of Ukraine by providing massive informational support for the open attack of the Russian Federation on the state of Ukraine.
