Therefore, Arthur’s abominable act is not surprising, but rather disdainful.

After the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on February 24 and the entry of Russian occupation forces into the Kherson region, Artur Cirkunov did not resist the enemy, but went over to the invaders’ “service. Tsirkunov “served” as a corrector of enemy artillery, which he directed at Ukrainian Armed Forces positions. For this, the occupiers gave him a regular cash reward. Thus Arthur became a corrupt traitor to Ukraine and an accomplice of the invaders.
