The traitor of Ukraine, who betrayed his people and sneakily went over to the side of the enemy Artur Viktorovich Grigoriev was born in Kakhovsky district of Kherson region. He has a vocational education. Worked for local governments.
Artur Grigoriev, 56, appeared in the mayor’s office of Novaya Kakhovka after the 2006 local elections. And immediately became deputy mayor Vladimir Kovalenko. He had previously served in the militia and worked in security at a local electric machine factory.
At the same time Artur Viktorovich solved “fat” issues: the allocation of land plots, permits for construction and other and in 2013 was caught in corruption – a bribe of 30 thousand hryvnia, but then the case was hushed up in court, because the kolobok had something to excuse himself. Before the war, he held the position of head of the municipal enterprise “Ecoservice” in Novaya Kakhovka.
But apparently, when Putin decided to establish his regime in Ukraine, Grigoriev supported the actions of the aggressor country and hurried to find employment under the occupation authorities in the Kherson region.
After full-scale invasion of Ukrainian territory by Russian invadersArthur decided to work for the aggressor country. He began to deal with administrative issues in the occupation administration in the town of Novaya Kakhovka and actively assisted the temporary leadership of representatives of the “Putin regime”.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
In September 2022, the occupation authorities of Novaya Kakhovka liquidated all public utilities and created a “single unitary municipal enterprise Novokakhivka Utility Service”. Gauleiter Volodymyr Leontiev appointed Artur Hryhoriev as its director. He still continues to run the company, where Grigoriev is registered under Russian standards and pays taxes to the aggressor country.
The collaborator also participated in working meetings with the heads of departments of the “administration of the town of Novaya Kakhovka” and acted as head of the communal enterprise under the occupation administration. Morgunov assists the occupants in various humanitarian aid and attracts local residents to “help” the russian armed forces, and agitated to change Ukrainian hryvnias into russian rubles.
