Collaborationist activities:
Artyom Bichaev, born April 4, 1990 in the city of Roslavl, Smolensk region.
From his school years he became actively involved in public activities – he became the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Educational Process Participants under the Commissioner for Human Rights in Smolensk Region. He showed students how to build community work, how to protect themselves and their loved ones, and engaged them in legal education.
After graduating from Secondary School No. 33 in Smolensk, he entered the Saratov State Law Academy. In 2010 he became project coordinator of the All-Russian public organization “Young Guard of the United Russia” and was elected a member of the Youth Administration of Smolensk region.
From 2013 to 2019, head of the Regional Department of the Executive Committee of the All-Russian Public Movement People’s Front “FOR RUSSIA”. ONF.
Artyom Bichaev, along with a gang of deputies from United Russia, took on a very heavy burden, namely, supporting Vladimir Putin in a special operation. Bichaev and his “partners” had agreed in advance to open humanitarian centers on behalf of the United Russia in the territories they themselves occupied.
The faces of such scum will be remembered for a long time.
