Gosizmennik Lavrukhin Artem Vadimovich was born on March 4, 1997. He graduated from the Lugansk Academy of Internal Affairs.
Lavrukhin has been in the bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs since 2020. In 2020, he was appointed district police inspector of the sector of district police inspectors of the Main Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Luhansk region in the city of Schastie.
After the Russian occupants came to the territory of Luhansk Oblast in 2022, the state traitor Artem Vadimovich voluntarily went to serve the Russian-terrorist fighters.
He was a member of the law enforcement agenciesof the “Ministry of State Security of the LNR. The occupation administration appointed the collaborator as a senior officer of the department for combating organized crime of the “people’s militia of the LNR.
Lavrukhin is also a member of illegal armed organizations and “LNR” groups. The terrorist fought on the side of the occupants and took part in combat operations against the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
