“Politsay” in the “service” of the Russian occupants – Osenny Alexander Aleksandrovich, born September 21, 1991 in the city of Volnovakha, Donetsk region. Alexander would spend most of his life in Volnovakha, becoming a policeman and then a “policeman.

Before his crime, Osenny was known to Volnovakha residents as a weapons control inspector in the Volnovakha police department. His duties included controlling, issuing and documenting the possession, use and any other activities of the public with weapons.
