Biography:

Anti-Ukrainian activities:
During the occupation of Severodonetsk Bondar started working in one of the departments of the occupation structure “department of organizational and administrative work and document management” under the chairmanship of the gauleiters of the Luhansk region, i.e.. of “lnr” pseudo officials.
The collaborator served the residents of the city as deputy head of the russian law department and facilitated the activities of rf military personnel, supports the occupation of Ukraine by the russian armed forces.
The accomplice of the Rashists, Natalia Bondar, held a position related to organizational and administrative functions in the illegal authority. Thus, the woman actively abetted the Rashists and helped the occupation authorities to “establish” the social sphere in thetemporarily occupied territories of the Luhansk region, advocated for “Russian peace“.
But to fully immerse herself in Russia, she participated in a “referendum“. Went door-to-door canvassing people, telling tall tales about the “Russian world” as the head of a fake polling station. Then campaigned for people to go and get the rags of the sub-state. In short, she did everything in her power to become a traitor and a state traitor.
