Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
Gulak Daniil Aleksandrovich was born November 22, 1981.
With the invasion of the state of Ukraine by the Russian Federation on February 24, 2022, and the beginning of the temporary occupation of Tokmak by the Russian army, the collaborator did not resist the invaders. He betrayed the state of Ukraine and for this the occupiers made him an inspector-criminalist in the occupation police.
For such actions, the collaborator was suspected by the DBI under Part 2 Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (treason). In addition to robbing and constantly threatening the population, Gulak distinguished himself by kidnapping a farmer from Primorsk for his pro-Ukrainian stance.
He personally kicked in the door of the victim’s apartment. As was to be expected, this citizen never showed up at the scheduled time for questioning by investigators at the DBI.
Also, Daniel Gulak is suspected of being a collaborator with the occupation authorities in patrolling the streets of the city; during the raids, they targeted pro-Ukrainian residents, as well as anyone associated with the AFU or law enforcement agencies.
In addition, the collaborator is also suspected of guarding various facilities in the city at the direction of his handlers.
Such activity can be regarded as an attempt on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state of Ukraine, crossing over to the enemy under martial law and during armed conflict, voluntary occupation of a position in the bodies of occupational local government, cooperation with the Russian occupiers and similar actions.
After reviewing all these facts, we can conclude that we have in front of us another collaborator, an accomplice of Russian war criminals and occupants, an employee of the occupation police, involved in the genocide of the Ukrainian people and an accomplice in the crimes of the Russian authorities against the state of Ukraine.
