Vlasovych Dilbar Khuramovna is a traitor to Ukraine who believed in “Russian world“and defected to the enemy, took part in the fake electionBorn on September 26, 1964 in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, married. Husband – Vlasovich Sergey Sergeevich, was born in Novaya Kakhovka, Kherson region. Graduated from agrotechnical college. Engaged in private entrepreneurial activity in the sphere of agriculture. Also did military service in one of the military units on the territory of the Russian Federation. His family lives in Novaya Kakhovka.
Dilbar Khuramovna visited Russia very often, as she has many relatives there, and went on business trips with working visits in the field of culture.
Participation in pseudo-elections in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine:
With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian occupants, the woman was among those traitors and accomplices of the occupation regime, who in the first days of the war went over to the enemy side and became puppets in the hands of pro-Russian pseudo-government officials in thetemporarilyoccupied territory of the Kherson region.
Vlasovich was very much looking forward to the arrival of the “Russian world” and happily speaks at propaganda events organized by local gauleiters and representatives of Putin’s regime. The collaborator participates in gatherings of pro-Russian activists and discusses cultural and public issues.
Also on the eve of the elections planned by the Rashists in September 2023 , the corrupt collaborator registered her candidacy from the political party “United Russia” and has already managed to participate in the preliminary voting. Then she was appointed t. nz “head of the election commission #15” of Novokahovka municipal district. She went around the houses of local residents and urged people with Ukrainian passports to vote for Russia.
For betraying the Motherland and promoting the ideas of “Russian peace“, Dilbar Khuramovna Vlasovich, an accomplice of the Russian occupation regime, will be justly punished before the tribunal. Soon the collaborator will be held responsible for all her crimes.
