Biography
Kucherkov Dmitry Alexandrovich – a state traitor who believed in the “Russian world” and “liberators”, was born on July 3, 1983 in the city of Melitopol, Zaporozhye region.
From 2016 to 2021, he served as Head of the Melitopol District Department of the Main Department of the State Service for Emergency Situations of Ukraine in Zaporizhzhya region.
After February 24, 2022, the man supported Russia’s occupation actions toward Ukraine. So Dimitri began to cooperate closely with the occupiers after the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, in particular in Donetsk region.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
In 2022, the collaborator Dmitry Kucherkov joined the occupation structures of the Russian Federation operating on the territory of occupied Melitopol. He was appointed head of the main department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in Zaporizhzhya region.
Working for the occupants, he induced colleagues from the State Emergency Situations Service units to join this illegally created body. Also agitated the locals to cooperate with the enemy.
Dmitri deliberately, by his own convictions and staunchly pro-Russian views, defected to the side of the enemy. Such activity can be regarded as an attempt on the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state, defection to the enemy under martial law and during an armed conflict, voluntary occupation of a position in the occupation structures, cooperation with the Russian occupiers and similar actions.
For such traitors as Dmitry Kucherkov should be applied the highest measure of restraint for high treason and complicity with Russian occupants it will certainly come. It’s only a matter of time.
