Khadzhinov Dmitry Mikhailovich was born on October 12, 1983, in the city of Mariupol, Donetsk region. He began his career in freight forwarding companies as a manager. Then he got a position as a representative of the national transportation company, which serves cargo in the largest ports of Ukraine.
But such a career ladder apparently did not suit Dmitry Khadzhinov. So he began to arrange his political path. In 2020, Dmitry Mikhailovich becomes a deputy of the Mariupol City Council from the political party OPZZ. Further, his pro-Russian sentiments and views were reflected in the activities of the political party “Nashi”, whose ideology contradicted the constitutional norms of Ukraine.
After the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian troops – Khadzhinov Dmitry Mikhailovich voluntarily took the side of the occupant. He directly participated in the occupation of the city of Mariupol by the Russian Armed Forces and was engaged in corrective fire on critical infrastructure facilities. Nothingness – gave interviews to the Russian mass media, where he discredited the Armed Forces of Ukraine in destroying houses and civilian infrastructure.
For his service to the “Putin authorities,” Khadzhinov was appointed head of the occupation administration in Mariupol.
