Pinchuk Dmitriy Anatolievich – an accomplice of the Russian occupation troops was born on December 01, 1976 in the urban-type settlement of Novopskov, Lugansk region. He has a higher education. He graduated from Lugansk State University with a degree in economics and accounting.

In the village of Novopskov, Dmitry Anatolievich worked in the management of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Lugansk region and held the position of financier.

Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:

Dmitry Pinchuk, an employee of government agencies, at the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by Russian occupation troops, actively expressed his support for the occupiers and voluntarily defected to the side of the enemy.
