Dmitry Gennadyevich Trukhin was born September 7, 1981 in the city of Melitopol, which is located in Zaporozhye region.

After the full-scale invasion of the territory of Ukraine by Russian invaders on February 24, 2022, Dmitry Trukhin supported the policy of the occupation authorities and himself went over to the side of the enemy.

Dmitry Gennadyevich is a deputy of Melitopol city council of several convocations (Communist Party of Ukraine, PP “Our land”, PP “Opposition platform – For life”), a local businessman.

Trukhin is a sponsor of the deaths of civilians in Melitopol because he began to pay cash rewards to the occupiers.

After the de-occupation of Zaporizhzhia region, Dmitry will go to prison under Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine for treason against his country.
