Biography:
Collaborator Bildiy (Zabrodnaya) Elena Petrovna was born on June 30, 1967 in the town of Volnovakha, Donetsk region. I have worked in education all my life. She graduated from the Pedagogical Institute and studied to be an elementary school teacher.
From 1984 to 1988. She received her higher education at Kirovograd State Pedagogical University. В. Vinnichenko.
The woman spent her working life in local government, namely in city committees and departments in the field of education and culture. Elena Bildiy is a member of many trade union organizations in Volnovakha. She was a member of the creative association of cultural workers in the city.
Elena Petrovna was a member of the Department of Culture, Youth and Sports in Volnovakha State Administration. The woman then became head of the cultural department of the city administration.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
With the invasion of the Russian invaders in February 2022, Bildy Elena “proved herself” as an abettor and collaborator in order to obtain a position in the occupation administration.
After February 24, 2022, the traitor was appointed to the position of an employee of the “department of culture of the dnr.“
The collaborator was repeatedly present at working meetings with the heads of departments of the administration and representatives of relevant ministries, services, and departments of the “Donetsk people’s republic” under the auspices of Russian organizations in the field of education and culture.
Bildiy Olena Petrovna is a traitor to the Motherland and a despicable collaborator, for which she will soon have to answer both to the law and to the people of Ukraine.
