Elena Bondar, an enemy agitator, traitor to Ukraine, and active supporter of the Russian occupation troops, was born on June 12 in the village of Ivanovka, Luhansk Oblast.

Until February 24, 2022 Elena lived in the temporarily occupied Ivanovka. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian occupiers, Bondar sneakily betrayed the Ukrainian people and voluntarily took the side of the Russian occupiers.
