Biography:
Participant of the illegal electoral process in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, collaborator – Khavrienko Olena Borysovna. Originally from Crimea, she was born in the city of Simferopol. Lived there until 1999. She has a pedagogical education. I’m a psychology major. In the same year she got a job in the education department of the Novokakhovsky city council. Since 2005 she worked as a teacher-organizer in Novokakhovsky technical and economic lyceum of Novokakhovsky city council of Kherson region.
Before the war, Elena Khavrienko held the position of deputy director for educational work in the Academic Lyceum “Spectrum” of Novokakhovsky City Council.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian invaders in February 2022, Olena Khavrienko showed her anti-Ukrainian position and openly supported the arrival of the “liberators”.
The Russian invaders because of their proxies from local collaborators, in the list of which was Khavrienko, who performed all the tasks to force the residents of the temporarily occupied Kherson region to cooperate. In this way, the state traitor Khavrienko switched to “Russian educational standards” and forced the teaching staff to write applications to work under the guidance of their fellow traitors in the communal enterprises, schools, kindergartens, vocational schools and technical schools seized by the Rashists.
Participation in pseudo-elections in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine:
In July 2023, Elena Borisovna, a collaborator of the Rashists, agreed to “serve the occupiers” and decided to become an organizer of the “day of unified voting” on September 8-10 in the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region. She was appointed by the occupation administration as “head of the election commission No. 14” of the Novokakhovsky municipality. Together with members of the commission, Khavrienko has already managed to make the rounds of local residents’ houses and collect pseudo-votes.
For her collaborationist activities and pro-Russian stance, the traitor will be held accountable before the people and before the law. A collaborator awaits imminent punishment.
