Biography:
Konkina Elena Andreevna is a traitor to Ukraine and an accomplice of the Russian occupation troops, born on January 22, 1966 in the city of Starobelsk , Lugansk region.
Elena lived in Starobelsk until February 24, 2022. With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Luhansk Oblast by the Russian occupants, Konkina became a traitor to her people and a bedfellow for the Russian occupants.
Anti-Ukrainian and collaborationist activities:
When the temporary occupation of Luhansk Oblast by Russian occupants began, Elena decided to betray Ukraine and defect to the enemy. The invaders were delighted with the new “addition” and appointed Konkina “chief accountant” in the so-called “Starobel district administration of the LNR.
In her new “place,” Elena is engaged in the payment of other collaborators’ “rewards” for crimes against the Ukrainian people. It also actively supports the “Russian world” and justifies Russian aggression against Ukraine. By helping the Russian invaders, Konkina made herself an accomplice to the occupiers’ crimes against the civilian population.
However, there is punishment for every crime. Elena Konkina will soon be held responsible for her treason and “work” for the Russian invaders.
