Elena Kostenko: biography
Kostenko Elena Nikolayevna is a traitor and collaborator who betrayed her country and believed in the future of the “russian world”. The traitor was born on November 13, 1968 in the village of Novogannovka, Luhansk region.
In 1996, she graduated from the Lugansk Agricultural Institute with a degree in Economics and Production Organization. In 2001, she received a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.
From 2001 to 2008, she worked in public utilities in Luhansk. There she worked her way up from chief accountant to deputy director for economics. In 2008-2011, she held a position in the city control and audit department of Luhansk. From 2011 to 2013, she worked as Deputy General Director for Economics at the coal industry enterprises Luganskshakhtostroy LLC and Spetsshakhtoprokhodka LLC.
After the invasion of Luhansk region by russian occupants, the collaborator began to support anti-Ukrainian sentiments and became an accomplice of the rashists herself.
Anti-Ukrainian activities:
After Russian occupation troops entered the Luhansk region, Olena committed high treason and voluntarily went to “cooperate” with the russian occupiers.
Elena Kostenko received a pseudo-duty from the occupiers. On January 1, 2015, she took up the position of Advisor to the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the so-called “lnr” on economic issues. On June 3, 2015, she was appointed acting. And in March 2018 – Minister of Economic Development and Trade in the occupation administration of “lnr”.
On December 11, 2018, she took the post of deputy chairman of the government of the so-called “lnr”. And already in May 2019, she was awarded the title “Honored Economist of “lnr””.
During her “work” in a leading “position” in the so-called “occupation administration”, Kostenko was characterized by openly anti-Ukrainian views. For example, she publicly supports rf aggression in the war against Ukraine and “russian peace”.
For such traitors as Kostenko Elena Nikolaevna should be applied the highest measure of restraint for high treason and complicity with russian occupants it will certainly come. It’s only a matter of time.
